Runbookステップとは？
Runbookステップとは、runbook内の一つの独立した実行可能な項目であり、繰り返し発生する運用状況に対処するための文書化された手順です。各ステップは具体的なチェックやコマンドを示し、多くの場合、次に進む前に期待される結果も示します。よく書かれたステップは、資格のある対応者なら誰でも、プレッシャーの中でも一貫してその手順を実行できるようにします。
