Mean time to acknowledge とは、アラートが発火してから、対応者がそれを確認してインシデントに取りかかるまでの平均時間である。

MTTA が高い場合、修正そのものの難しさよりも、ノイズの多いアラートや不明確な ownership など、on-call や paging の問題を示していることが多いです。
