At-Least-Once Delivery - CI/CD Glossary Definition

At-least-once delivery guarantees a message is delivered one or more times, never zero, which means duplicates are possible and consumers must be idempotent.

Why it matters

Most real queues and webhook systems are at-least-once. Tests should deliberately replay a message and assert the consumer produces no duplicate side effect.
